At the meeting of the SC 17th of GWP-SEA in Yogyakarta - Indonesia. Dr. Le Van Minh, a Director General of International Cooperation Department of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development was voted as GWP-SEA Chair in term of office 2010-2012.
